RÆD Crew is the Hip-Hop Competition Team of M.S.D.V. Let’s Dance, bringing together dedicated dancers who are ready to challenge themselves, grow, and perform as a team.
We train twice a week, working on technique, performance, musicality, and choreography inspired by both the hip-hop and commercial dance worlds. Throughout the season, the crew takes part in national and student competitions, performances, workshops, and collaborations, giving dancers opportunities to gain experience both on and off the competition stage.
But RÆD Crew is about more than competing. We aim to create a supportive and close-knit team where dancers push each other, develop their individual strengths, and most importantly, enjoy dancing together. The friendships and experiences we build extend far beyond the studio.

Think you have what it takes to become part of the crew? Auditions for RÆD Crew Season 2026–2027 are coming this October! We are looking for intermediate to advanced dancers who are motivated to train, compete, perform, and grow together as a team. Previous competition experience is not required, but is a plus. You only need to attend one of the two audition dates.
What to expect
No preparation is needed before the audition! We will start with a short warm-up before teaching you a choreography that you will perform at the end of the audition. During the audition, we will look at your technique, musicality, learning ability, and overall performance. Most importantly, come ready to dance, challenge yourself, and show us what you bring to the crew!
After the audition
Auditions will be recorded to help us review each performance and make a fair selection. All applicants will hear from us within five days after the final audition.

RÆD Crew holds auditions once a year. For the 2026–2027 season, auditions take place on 17 and 24 October 2026. You only need to attend one of the two audition days.
If you cannot attend either audition date but would still like to join RÆD Crew, please contact us in advance. We will discuss your situation and let you know whether an alternative arrangement is possible.
Yes. To join RÆD Crew, you must be officially registered as a member of M.S.D.V. Let’s Dance.
No. RÆD Crew is a full-year commitment, so we only accept dancers who will be in Maastricht and available to train with the team for the entire season.
We are looking for intermediate to advanced dancers with a strong foundation in dance. Previous competition experience is not required, but it is definitely a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for motivated and committed dancers who are ready to challenge themselves and grow as part of the team.
The team has two mandatory training sessions per week (Thursdays and Saturdays), except during holidays and exam periods. Consistent attendance is expected from all team members.
There is no monthly team fee for the 2026–2027 season. However, members may be asked to contribute towards competition entry fees and costumes if these cannot be fully covered by the team.
Yes, as long as you live in or near Maastricht and can consistently attend the mandatory training sessions and other team commitments.
