What is an xTDS

For the people that don’t know what a xTDS is, let us explain! The ETDS and NTDS are the European and Dutch Tournament for Dancing Students. They are student held competitions where student dance associations compete agains each other. Each competition is hosted by one of the teams either in Europe for an ETDS, or in The Netherlands for an NTDS. If you wish to compete, you can sign up through the teamcaptains of your association, in this case Janneke and Lotte! The level of experience ranges between beginners (less than one year experience), to dance veterans (who compete in (national) competitions).
The NTDS is held once a year, usually around February. The ETDS is hosted twice a year, one in Fall, and one at Whitsun.
The participation fee includes:
-participation in the competition on both Saturday and Sunday
-a spot in the sleeping halls
-a snack on Friday
-breakfast, dinner, lunch on Saturday
-breakfast and lunch on Sunday
Do you want to enjoy the weekend with us, but don’t want to compete? Sign up as a super volunteer!
Hope to see you at the next competition!
BraDo Teammatch

The BraDo is an organization that used to host their own competitions in Brabant and Limburg. Nowadays, they focus on providing workshops once a month to encourage dancers to both dance, but also socialize with dancers from other dance schools.
Once a year, they organise a teammatch, where up to two teams per dance school compete against each other in a friendly competition.
Last year was our first time participating in this, and we won 4 out of 6 trophies!
The next teammatch is on 17-05-2025!
